Occupational Health and Safety

With "zero workplace accidents throughout NICCA Chemical Group" as one of our major management pillars, we achieve occupational health and safety for all employees through our established occupational health and safety policy, systematic education and training, and proactive workplace health and safety activities in which all employees participate.
In December 2019, our head office obtained ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) certification. We constantly share information with our domestic and overseas affiliates to prevent disasters and accidents.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

We have placed the highest priority on safety throughout our business activities, as a chemical manufacturer, from our very first day of business. We will continue to provide a work environment that ensures people's health and safety, to provide peace of mind to both our employees and society, and to build a management system based on continuous improvement.

1. We implement health and safety activities in an organized manner and ensure that all employees comply with occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
2. We systematically implement, evaluate, and review occupational health and safety activities so as to continuously improve health and safety within the Company.
3. We identify and eliminate all hazardous and harmful factors, based on the assumption of potential human error, to create a comfortable workplace and to achieve zero occupational accidents.
4. We proactively provide all employees with opportunities to maintain and improve their health.
