Forging is heating metals to 1100-1200 and pressing with hammer or machine, which gives metals high strength by arranging crystal direction. Forged parts are strength and endurance so they are used for automobile parts. Graphite that was used in lubricant agents in hot forging previously dispersed in factory, therefore it harmed workers and messed work environment.

For the problem, NICCA developed "LUBCASTER Ｆ-700", the clear type lubricant agent including water-soluble white powder, which is excellent in lubricant property and shows good die coverage. This product is expected as alternative to previous lubricant agent including graphite.

	Work environment is improved because no graphite is included.

	LUBCASTER F-700 is easy to handle, and there's no need to concern of fire and smoke.

	Excellent lubricating property is guaranteed in comparison with the existent clear type products.

	LUBCASTER Ｆ-700 is water-soluble so it is very easy to recycle.
